Behind every sweet aroma of vanilla lies a long journey that starts from Indonesian farms and ends on dining tables worldwide.
The journey begins with hand-pollination – a delicate process where farmers carefully fertilize each vanilla orchid flower by hand. After pollination, it takes around nine months for the pods to mature. Harvesting requires timing and experience to ensure maximum vanillin content.
Once harvested, the pods go through curing and drying under the tropical sun. This stage may last weeks, transforming green pods into rich, brown, aromatic vanilla beans.
After harvesting, vanilla pods undergo a careful curing and drying process before being graded into various categories: Gourmet, Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C. The beans are then sorted, packed under export-quality standards, and prepared for international shipment.
In addition to vanilla beans, Worldnesian also produces a wide range of value-added products, including vanilla powder, vanilla seeds, vanilla caviar, crystalized vanilla, vanilla paste, and vanilla extract (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic).
All export documentation – including phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and packing lists – is professionally managed by Worldnesian to ensure safe delivery and compliance with international trade standards.
Worldnesian works hand-in-hand with local farmers, ensuring both quality and fair trade practices. From farm to export, our mission is to deliver premium Indonesian vanilla to the world.
